Procedure
Step no 1
Put 300g of all purpose flour in a bowl an add baking powder 1 tsp, baking soda 1/2 tsp, salt 1/4 tsp. Mix these ingridients well and keep it a side.
Step no 2
Now take 3 cups of unsaturated butter in seperate bowl and add 3 cups of sugar and 1 tsp of vainalla. Beat on medium spedd for leats 5 minutes untill become paste like texture. Now add eggs one by one and beat well. All ingridients should mix well.

Now carefully mix flour to butter and egg mixture . Try all ingridients should mix but donot over mix because overmixing can cause hard muffin.
Step no 4
Now put in small pieces like muffin on baking sheet or in a single big cake shape. Now bake it at 160 degree for least 18 minutes .
