Dinner recipie no1:-

Ingridients

Mutton                       Salt                             Turmeric                              Fennel seeds

Cloves                        Cardamom                Red chillies                          Musturd oil

Assofetida                 Cardamom                 Black cardamom               Cinnamon

Cumin seeds             Curd                            Sugar                                   Salt

Fennel powder          Ginger powder            Butter       

Procedure

Step no 1

Put 1 kg of Mutton in pressure cooker add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of trumeric, 5 cloves, 2 black cardamom. Cover lid and cook untill 80% cooked.

Step no 2

Make chilli paste by boiling red chillies.

In a seperate put some musturd oil, add some assofetida, cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, cumin seeds. now put boiled mutton. Mix well.

Step no 3

Add premade chilli paste and mix well. Now add 50g of curd ,1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar and mutton stock. Mix well. Add fennel powder and 1 tsp of ginger powder,Cover lid for 8 minutes. At end add some butter. You are done 

       Now enjoy your mutton with boiled rice or bread.

Ingridients

Step no 1

Chop  vegetables and season with some basic spices like salt pepper. Then dizzle some olive oil and roast for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Step no 2

Season your mutton and fry in oil for 10 minutes untill become cooked . Now combine vegetables and mutton and add yougurt.

Step no 1

Put mutton chunks in bowl and season with salt and pepper. Put olive oil in pan and and cook chunks untill cooked.

 Put oil in seperate pot and add fully chopped onion and garlic , cook for copule of minutes. Add chopped carrot and cerely and cook add some red wine, chicken broth, tomato paste, Crushed tomato, bay leaves and thyme.

Step no 1

Procedure

Step no 1

Trim the fat from your chops and add them in a bowl. Then add oliveoil, minced garlic, shallet, rosemary, thyme, onion powder, salt & pepper. Mix them well untill spices mixup with chops.

Step no 2

Next make garlic dill by grinding 1 cup youurt, 1/4 chopped dill, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp lemon zest, 2 tsp lemon juice, paprika according to taste, salt to taste, pepper to taste, 2 tsp olive oil. Mix all ingridients well. Put sauce in fridge.

Step no 3

Then grill chops on coal but remember it should not burn.Grill for 5 minutes. Now put them in indirect side with lid closed . Cook untill cooked fully according to your need.

Step no 1

Put oil in a pan and add ground mutton and cook untill it is half cooked. Now add salt and pepper and mix for some time. Remove ground mutton in plate.

Procedure

Step no 1

Put 2 tsp of olive oil in pan and add 1 tsp of musturd seeeds, 10 curry leaves. Mix well and add 115g ginger, 1 tsp garlic, Mix well and cook for some time. Add 240g of onion. Cook well untill onion turn brown. Now add 1/2 trumeric, 350g mutton, Mix well and curry powder, red chilli mix well.

Step no 2

Now add 600g boiled chickpeas mix them well. Add 400g vegetable stock, 400g plum tomatoes, salt. cover the lid and cook for atleast 30 minutes.

Step no 3

 Remove lid and mix well and add 1 tsp black pepper and cover agin lid for atleast 1 hour. 

         Now enjoy your chickpeas and mutton curry with boiled rice.

Ingridients

Olive oil           Onion                           Carrot            Celery

Garlic               Fennel seeds              Bread             Milk

Mutton            Pastry sheet                Egg                 Salt

Step no 1

Add some olive oil in pan add chopped onion, chopped carrot, celery, garlic and some fennel seeds. Fry for 15 minutes untill become soft. Put pan side and let the vegetables to cool.

Step no 2

Add bread crumbs to the bowl and add a glass of milk. Mix the crumbs well and add ground mutton and vegetables and mix well.

Put pastry sheet on clean surface and add mixture and make small pices , roll well and brush egg and sprinkle some salt and fennel seeds. Put in oven and cook for 30 minutes.
