  • hemp seeds ( 1/4 cup ) 40g
  • ground flax seeds ( 1/4 cup ) 30g

  • raisins ( 1/2 cup) 75g

Directions

  • Mash 2 ripe bananas well in a pot and add  peanut butter ( 1 cup ) , honey ( 1/4 cup ) , apple butter (1/3 cup ), quick oats ( 2 cup ), salt ( 1/2 tsp ), cinnamon ( 1 tsp ), pumpkin seeds ( 1/2 cup), hemp seeds ( 1/4 cup ), ground flax seeds ( 1/4 cup ) 30g, dried carniberries ( 1/2 )  and raisins ( 1/2 cup) to it.
