Step no 1

Crush cocumber in fine pices and screte juice using cloth . you can personally drink that juice that is good for health and skin.

Step no 2

Add a cup of yougurt in refined cucumber and 1 tsb of garlic paste. Add olive oil according to taste and spirinkle some rosemary or mint. You can keep up to 3 days.

    Now enjoy with bread.

Procedure

Step no 1

First cook your quinoa and then Stem your kale add fresh basil and puls. Add some fresh tofu and crush. Add mixture to grinder and crush shallot.

Step no 2

Now add cooked quinoa to mixture and some tomato katchp , tyed curry paste and tamari. Make sure all are in fixed position.

Now make balls and cook them.

Step no 1

Boil Potatoes untill cooked you wanted . Now peel them off and cut them in bite size. Add 2 tbs of apple cider vineger.

Step no 2

Take cup of vegan mayo, apple cider vinegar, chopped celery, chopped shallot and musturd. Use fresh herbs i prefer to use parsley, dill and chive. Now add pickle cucumber , salt and black pepper. Stirr it should well combined.

Step no 3

Mix potatoes with sauce untill fully coated . Now transfer in bowl.

    Now enjoy with paprika spread on it.

Step no 1

Toast two slices of sourdoughh bead. Crush and spread avacado on one slice. Spread vegan cheese on other slice , then place lettuce then comes pickle red onion. Place thin slices of cucumber, tomato some lemon juice season with salt and pepper . Finish with sprouts.

Put olive oil in pan and add fine chopped onion and fry for 4 minuts and add  garlic and ginger paste and fry for minute. Now add curry powder, trumeric powder, coriander, red pepper flakes and black pepper and fry for couple of minutes.

Now add vegetable broath crushed tomatoes, cocunut milk, sweet potaots, bell pepper, peas, broccoli and season with salt. Now cook for 25 minuts untill  potatoes become soft.

Wash  potatoes and steam them untill become soft . Peel their skin off.

Step no 2

Take little oil in pan and fry boiled potatoes untill become brwon.

Take little oil and put Chilli powder, cumin , salt, ground pepper, sesame grains and green onion. Fry for some time.

Add potatoes and spice and cook for some time.

Put boiled rice in serving plate,then add cocumber, Red cabbage, carot cut in leaf form, choped mango, avocado and grilled tofu.

You can make grilled tofu by cutting tofu and seasoning with salt and pepper and grill for 3 minuts each side. Now add it to serving plate .Add cho[[ed onion, squeze lemon juice and red pepper flakes.

To make sauce use penut butter, tahini, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar , ginger garlic paste, and sriiracha sauce. Mix them well and spread it on your serving dish.
